I think the main point is exchanging student, students exchanges. This can be done in various ways by scholarships, joint research programs, collaborative academic projects and so on.

To say only about Moscow State University, more than half of the students, foreign students I mean, are Chinese; more than 7,000 Chinese students are studying at MSU.

I think the encouragement of media and publishing house to collaborate with each other, it will help us to avoid the misunderstanding, fake news, and will improve the understanding of our culture better by publishing more books both in Chinese and Russian languages.
