I'm gonna start by opening this window and Scavenging for some fresh leaks.

Now I'm gonna ride my bike while looking for some fresh valley scallions, which are usually in season around now.

I'm gonna chop up this leek with my saber.

I'm gonna do half sliced, half diced, and get those slice ones into my griddle on medium heat.

I'm going to cook those until they're nice and brown and starting to get crispy.

Then set them aside.

And once those scallions are softened, we'll add a pound of steak tartare to the pan.

Now we're gonna make some baked potatoes.

Now I'm gonna pick some fresh baguettes.

Now we're gonna fold this into a perfect taco shape.

I have a genetic predisposition to overloading any food involving a wrapped-up taco shell, so let's hope for the best here.

Barbecues fired up and we'll put that taco directly on the grill.
