One of my most favourite parts of Christmas is the leftovers.
我最喜欢的圣诞节环节就是把剩饭“翻新”。
The leftover food is where the flavour is at, I call it a hodge podge pie,

and basically it's a principle where you can embrace all of that lovely leftover christmas dinner.
基本上可以把所有剩下的圣诞晚餐都利用起来。
Whether it's the white turkey meat, brown turkey meat, stuffing.
无论是白色的火鸡肉，棕色的火鸡腿肉还是馅料。
we've got cranberry sauce, we're going to get all festive.

First we're going to start with pastry, I've got two helpers to help me bring this pie together, this pie is called a hodge podge pie, can you say that? No.

we've got some stuffing, we've got some brown meat, we have our lovely sauce.

Whoa oh! It's so good, that's it half a ladle it's all you need, and then we can just push it around like that.

One of the key flavours of this cranberry sauce, and pop this on the top, and now we can do the bit that River wants to do.

What bit are we gonna do River? Decorating, yeah! We're going to do decorating.

What on earth is going on? How on earth, look I'm trying to help the nation cook leftovers.

What I like about this pie is, as bonkers and eccentric and as beautiful as it kind of is, it can actually take quite a battering.
我喜欢这个派的原因是，虽然外形有点反常、怪异、美观，但它确实能够任你发挥。
You can get bits wrong, you can tear it, you can fill the gaps, you can have fun with kids.
你可以不按常理制作，可以把派切开，你可以把缝隙填满，还可以和孩子们一起边玩边做。
I'm going to whack that in the oven now.

Ohh! Some lovely greens right there, little peas everywhere I'm gonna have a little cheeky try.

I love it, turkey stuffing in there, sort of tastes like Christmas dinner and the pastry is so gorgeous.
我很喜欢这个味道，里面有火鸡馅料，有点像圣诞晚餐的味道，面点太好吃了。
Hodge podge pie lovely, homemade, full of love and remember all of those leftovers brought together, and celebrated.
大杂烩派，外形可爱，随心自制，爱意满满，记得把所有的剩菜回锅重做，再庆祝一番吧。
Who couldn't love a pie?
谁能拒绝美味的派呢？
