You know 'cause we get the same questions everywhere and we try to do something a little bit different.

I know that most people ask you about your relationship with opera before you made the movie, and I want to know what your relationship with opera now.

Well, you know I love opera now. I listen to it all the time. I listen to it more than anything. It's very grounding so I put it on now to just kind of think and settle.

I remember that one of the things that I think was very beautiful to me is how you brought a new angle of the character.

And I think I've said this to you, which is this sense of stoicism that she had and that you brought to the screen.

Where did you get that from? What is that something that you found as you looked to her in the interviews?

I'm not moved by self-pity. I find it doesn't... I don't have an emotional reaction to it in the same way that when I see a human being doing their best to hold their head up and to get on,

I find that very moving and those are the type of people I tend to like, and I recognize that in her.

I would see interviews. Some horrible things are said to her, right? Horrible questions, rude things. Even people throw things at her, right?

And you see her having to hold her nerve and hold herself together and not break apart.
