Saudi-backed Yemeni officials and Houthis authorities have agreed exchange list of some 15,000 prisoners for a swap. They made the announcement on Tuesday at peace talks sponsored by the United Nations in Sweden. Delegates said that prisoner swap would be overseen by the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross. But both parties have yet to settle major sticking points including a ceasefire in the port of Hodeidah, reopening of Sanas Airport and shoring up of the central bank.
