Russia has voiced a skepticism over the US announcement that it will withdraw 2,000 soldiers deployed in Syria. The country's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says real action is needed. We need to wait for actions to follow words. The Americans don't always do what they promised far from it. Washington clearly wants to pass on the responsibilities on the ground to its partners in the coalition.
