Chicago police body camera video capturing the incident that ended with officers firing a barrage of bullets, killing 26-year-old Dexter Reed.

That's when Reed, investigators say, fired at officers, striking this officer, according to authorities, in the wrist.

The officers scatter and immediately return fire, four officers unloading 96 rounds in 41 seconds.
