Emotions rapidly change our bodies in response to things that are happening around us or the stuff that's popping up in our head.

Emotions are essential to processing and navigating everything that goes on in the world.

It starts with understanding what's going on inside of you and giving that emotion a name.

Then it's about figuring out what to do with these emotions.
