The National Day holiday is fast approaching, and those who are planning last-minute trips are busy securing train tickets and quickly vanishing hotel accommodations in sought-aftertourist destinations.
尽管现在距离十一假期正式开始还有几天时间，但是很多细节已经提前预示了这个长假的热度。
Whether it's budget or luxury accommodations, hotel prices near city attractions are surging by 2 to 3 times or more. In popular tourist destinations, economy hotel rates during the National Day holiday are rivalingthose of upscale resorts.
无论是经济实惠还是豪华住宿，城市景点附近的酒店价格都在飙升2到3倍甚至更多。在热门旅游目的地，国庆期间的经济型酒店价格与高档度假村不相上下。
Media reports indicate that some luxury hotels in Sanya, Hainan, and Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, have seen their holiday prices nearly triple, while economy hotel rates have also doubled across the board. Besides hotels, many homestays are in high demand as well.
据媒体消息，海南三亚、云南西双版纳的部分豪华型酒店假期价格上涨近3倍，经济型酒店的价格也普遍翻倍。除酒店以外，不少民宿也十分抢手。
In Chengdu, Sichuan, certain homestays in the Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li commercial areas are charging about 3.38 times their off-season rates during the holidays.Additionally, provinces like Anhui and Shanxi, and cities such as Qingdao in Shandong and Fuzhou in Fujian, have issued guidelines to regulate holiday pricing, emphasizing responsible pricing practices for operators.
四川成都市春熙路、太古里商区的部分民宿假期价格约为淡季的3.38倍。此外，安徽、山西等省份和山东青岛、福建福州等地也已发文，规范中秋国庆旅游市场价格行为，提醒经营者慎重用好自主定价权限。
To capitalize on the high demand, social media users are posting holiday-week apartment rentals at a fraction ofhotel prices, as many hotels are fully booked.
部分酒店价格上涨，不少网友也瞄准了“商机”，在社交平台上发布“国庆住我家”等类似帖子，在假期期间出租自家住宅供游客短住。
A woman from Changsha advertised two spare rooms in her apartment only for female guests, as she will be using the main bedroom.She is charging 188 yuan for the two rooms per day, and the rooms have been booked for all the available days.
一位湖南长沙的网友介绍，她家一共三室两卫，主卧国庆假期自住，两个次卧可以出租，只接受女生入住，日租188元，10月1日后已经订满。
In contrast to hotels and homestays, renting these residential properties usually doesn't involve deposits, cleaning fees, agreements, or guest registration. Besides, many homeowners don't provide standard hotel amenitieslike shower gel, shampoo, bath towels, disposable toothbrushes, or slippers.
与酒店、民宿不同，租住这些自住宅一般不需要押金、清洁费，不需要签署任何协议，也不用登记住户身份信息。房主大多不提供沐浴露、洗发露、浴巾以及一次性牙刷、拖鞋等酒店标配。
By law, residential properties designated for housing must not change their use unless otherwise specified by regulations. “如果房屋的出租行为被认定为旅游服务业务，就需要取得相关批准。”付建提醒，未经许可的住宿服务存在多重风险，无法保障双方权益以及安全问题。
首先，房主和房客之间没有签署协议，也没有登记身份信息，一旦出现纠纷，难以维权；其次，如果房屋的出租行为被认定为旅游住宿服务，但房主没有取得相关批准或不具备相关条件，可能面临行政处罚；此外，如果房客在居住过程中出现财产损失、人身安全遭受威胁等情况，房主也可能面临赔偿责任。
He advised owners to be aware of the rules and regulations before renting out their apartments, and added that renters should also choose carefully to avoid unnecessary risks.
付建建议，如果选择这一新型住宿方式后出现纠纷，双方可以通过协商、调解等方式解决，如无法解决可以向相关部门投诉或通过法律途径维权。
