MALE STUDENT: Good to know.
OFFICER: The common areas of a house include living room, bath room, garden, laundry room and kitchen. You have access to those common areas.
MALE STUDENT: How about the meal plan?
OFFICER: It's up to you. You have four choices: no meals, breakfast only, breakfast and dinner and three meals. Of course, you may discuss with your host about your specific need. If you are careful and follow the kitchen hygiene, you could make yow own food as well.
MALE STUDENT: I like that. I am a good chef. I think I will cook by myself most of the time. Is there anything else I should know?
OFFICER: You need to work out a “House Rules” with your host family before or as soon as you move in the house. You will find it easy and comfortable to live with such "house rules”especially for the homestays that accommodate more than one student.
MALE STUDENT: OK. I do think it is necessary. One last question: what items will be in my room?
OFFICER: Each homestay guestroom contains a bed and bad linens, a desk, a chair and a closet.
MALE STUDENT: That sounds like a cozy hotel.
OFFICER: We try to select best host families so that our customers may feel at home.
MALE STUDENT: Thank you for your help.
OFFICER: My pleasure. Bye.
