In our last lesson, we were talking about aliens and expressing belief or disbelief about them.

We continue in this lesson with some adverbs of possibility.

You said you believe in fairies, John. How certain are you that they exist?

I've seen some photographs of fairies, so I say fairies certainly do exist.

What if those photos were fake? I read they definitely were not real.

I've seen so many reports on them.

You said fairies were definitely not real and you certainly believe aliens exist.

Those adverbs show there is a stronger chance of something happening or being true.

How about when we want to say there is less chance of something happening?
