She's so much bigger than the other termites.

After mating the queen can be up to 100 times bigger than the other termites.

She is so full of eggs that she can hardly move and will never leave the nest. The workers feed and clean her.

Hardly. Healthy termite queens can produce up to 30,000 eggs a day. The workers take the eggs from her body as she lays them.
