A 94-year-old Iranian man named Amou Haji, who hasn't bathed in over six decades, passed away shortly after taking his first shower in 65 years.
已经60多年没有洗澡的94岁的伊朗男子阿穆·哈吉，在他65年来第一次洗澡后不久便去世了。
He was known as "the world's dirtiest man",

and the reason that he hasn't bathed in so long is because he feared water, and feared that he would get sick if he used water and soap.

He also avoided fresh food which stemmed from emotional setbacks in his youth AKA he went through some trauma.

And years of not bathing has resulted in his skin being covered in soot and pus.

And a few years ago, when a group of villagers took him to a nearby river in an attempt to bathe him, he threw himself out of the car and ran away.

Attempts to bathe him, or offer him clean water to drink would make him sad.
