The 2022 Nobel Prize in Chemistry has been awarded jointly to Carolyn R. Bertozzi, Morten Meldal and K. Barry Sharpless, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences announced on Wednesday, complimenting their efforts in "the development of click chemistry and biorthogonal chemistry."
