- And as a matter fact when you look at some of the transnational research and this is a guy Joseph Hibbeln at NIH that did the study

- cultures that eat more fish have less depression and sort of marches it out and so that was sort of his conclusion

- But he was really troubled by one thing

- And Johann Axelsson is a really prestigious outstanding researcher and there was a piece of his data that wasn't making sense

- and that was that there was one town that was the main town that they were studying in Iceland. It's an inland town

- And in this town called Egilsstadir which I'm current public

- pronouncing totally wrong because it got all those little influx of things on it

- People don't eat so much fish

- Their favorite meal there is mutton

- and for every fish meal, they're probably having four mutton meals

- And he said, this is really strange
- Axelsson觉得这很奇怪
- They're eating a lot of mutton there and yet their blood levels of omega-3 fats are the same as the folks on the coast who're eating on the fish

- So he thought, maybe they're feeding fish to their sheep
- Axelsson想，也许羊的饲料是鱼
- Has anybody heard of a fish-eating sheep? No, unlikely

- but he went there and he in springtime he slaughtered one of the little newborn lambs and tested the blood levels of that little lamb
- 他于是到当地杀了一只刚出生的羊羔，检验了羊羔体内的血液
- and sure enough he found that the lambs had as much omega-3 fats in their blood as the fish
- 结果羊羔体内同鱼具有同样多的ω-3脂肪
- Where were they getting it

- Yeah, I think you're gonna just save us many dollars and all this nutrition research if they just go to you
