A teacher who crowdfunded money from students to buy a car in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has paid back all the money, according to Nanguo Today.
The teacher from Wuxuan county, whose name was not included in the report, asked some of his students who had already graduated to donate money for him to buy a car, after he confessed to them why he was in need, messaging them through QQ.
Screenshots from the instant messaging app were instantly shared on social networks, showing the teacher explaining that he was too ashamed to ask for money from his parents, so he hoped his students could do him a favor by helping him out with some money towards a new set of wheels.
