How do I deal with my emotional pain? 我是如何处理我情感上的痛苦? Over the past six months, I have found that I welcomed my emotions. I allowed myself to cry and sleep, essentially not suppressing my feelings. I let the emotions pass through my body.
这六个月我发现自己会去欢迎情绪的到来,会让自己流泪会去睡觉,基本上不会压抑它,让情绪穿过我的身体。
