一、分配注意力和理解能力的培养
1、目的：学习分配注意力 在语篇层次上对原语意义的理解，而不是对原文文字进行逐字逐句地翻译。
2、方法：跟读后复述出段落大意（刚开始时跟读可以和原语同步开始，操练一阵以后，可以迟于原语片刻跟读， 为口译打下扎实的基础） 加强语言外知识的积累，关心国内外大事，听广播、读报纸
3、要求：抓住关键信息即可，不必过多要求细节的累述
4、示范：中央电视台在“当今世界电视业的发展与合作”大会发言 （中译英） 布什总统在清华大学的演讲 （英译中）

中译英提纲：

1)广播电视交流的必要性 （举例说明）
2)广播电视业在中国的发展
3）中央电视台在广播业中的重要地位及其改革交流举措

英译中提纲：
1）回顾中美建交30年的历史
2）中国发生的巨大变化
3）美国是一个怎样的国家

1．词性转换

名词转化成动词﹢形容词转化成副词

形容词转化成动词

We are a free nation, where men and women have the opportunity to achieve their dreans.
我们是一个热爱自由的国家，每个人都有机会实现他们的梦想。

介词短语转化成动词短语

China is on a rising path, and America welcomes the emergence of a strong, peaceful, and prosperous China.
中国正在崛起，美国欢迎一个强大、和平与繁荣的中国出现。
