A huge moment for Wuhan for the first time in two months people will now be allowed to leave the city at midnight tonight the travel restrictions will be lifted allowing trains and planes to operate once again. 55,000 people are expected to leave the city by rail on Wednesday along with 200 flights carrying 10,000 passengers. Passengers will go through strict screening measures including temperature and ID checks and movement tracking via cell phones. Everyone will be required to wear masks. Wuhan went into lockdown on January 23rd after first spotting this virus. Hubei Provinces travel restrictions were lifted two weeks ago but that did not apply to the capital Wuhan. On Monday the province reported no new confirmed cases no deaths and no imported cases.
