On ESPN, defending champion Joey "Jaws" Chestnut downing 72 dogs in 10 minutes, cheered on by thousands as he topped his own world record from last year: 70 hot dogs.
The now 10-time Nathan's winner who walks away with the mustard belt and $10,000 in prize money, also great on out-eating when it comes to things like shrimp cocktail: 15 pounds in eight minutes. Steak: 4.5 pounds plus sides in just under nine minutes and deep fried asparagus: Nearly 13 pounds in 10 minutes at other competitions.
On the women's side, Nathan's defending champion Miky Sudo eating 41 hot dogs in 10 minutes, it's her fourth consecutive win.
