We need to make sure that we pronounce a few key questions and words very clearly so that our meaning is understood.

When we speak to workers at hotels or hostels we often use a common question, it goes like this: do you have any available rooms?

I'd like to draw your attention to an important adjective: available. Available means ready for use.
大家要注意一个重要的形容词：available。available的意思是可使用的。
Notice that available only has 2 different vowel sounds, but one of the sounds repeats a few times.
请注意，available只有2个不同的元音发音，但是其中一个发音重复了几次。
Let's start with the first vowel sound. This one is perhaps the most common vowel sound in American English.

Then we have this vowel sound.

Now let's say the word without the consonant sounds.

You should know that you might sound like an animal or perhaps a caveman while doing this.
