When something is on the "tip of your tongue", you are trying to remember a name or word but can't quite think of it.
当某个东西“tip of your tongue”时，意思是说你正在努力记起一个名字或单词，但就是想不起来。
We say it's on the "tip of your tongue" because you are really close to remembering it -- as if it's about to come of your mouth.
