It clearly lays down what sensitive personal data include, from biometrics, religious beliefs, medical history, financial accounts to motion trackings,
该法律明确了敏感个人信息的范围：从生物特征、宗教信仰、医疗历史、金融账户到行踪轨迹，
and decrees that such information must be handled carefully.
并规定必须谨慎处理此类信息。
The law says any collection of such data must have permission from the owners.
《个人信息保护法》指出，任何此类信息的收集工作，必须得到所有者的许可。
It says using such information should have the least impact on a person's rights,

and it must be used in the shortest range of time that is necessary.
