Man's right to life means his right to have the free and unrestricted use of all the things which may be necessary to his fullest mental,
对人类而言，生存的权利就是一种可以无拘无束、随心所欲地享用身边一切条件的权利，一种追求生理健康、
spiritual, and physical unfoldment; or, in other words, his right to be rich.

Life has advanced so far, and become so complex,
目前为止，我们的生活水平一直保持上升、复杂的趋势，
that even the most ordinary man or woman requires a great amount of wealth in order to live in a manner that evenapproaches completeness.
哪怕是平凡得掉渣儿的普通男女，要想勉强实现自已想要的幸福生活，都需要大量的财富依靠。
Every person naturally wants to become all that they are capable of becoming;
每个人都渴望梦想成真；
this desire to realize innate possibilities is inherent in human nature; we cannot help wanting to be all that we can be.
这种希望可能的美梦变为现实的渴望本来就是人类与生俱来的天性。我们都在孜孜追求自己的梦想。
Success in life is becoming what you want to be; you can become what you want to be only by making use of things,
人生的成功是成为你想成为的人；只有利用好一切，才能成为你想成为的人，
and you can have the free use of things only as you become rich enough to buy them.
只有当你变得足够富有时，才能不费吹灰之力的得到一切。
To understand the science of getting rich is therefore the most essential of all knowledge.
因此，理解致富的秘诀是所有知识中最重要的。
There is nothing wrong in wanting to get rich.
想致富，无可厚非。
The desire for riches is really the desire for a richer, fuller, and more abundant life; and that desire is praise worthy.
渴望成为富翁其实就是想拥有一种更加富足、更加充实、更加美满的生活，而这样的愿望本身就是值得称赞的。
The man who does not desire to live more abundantly is abnormal,
一个不想拥有足够的金钱，让自己过上充裕的生活，
and so the man who does not desire to have money enough to buy all he wants is abnormal.
从而能够获得所有自已想要的物品的人，我想，一定异于常人。
There are three motives for which we live; we live for the body, we live for the mind, we live for the soul.

It is not right or noble to live only for the soul and deny mind or body;
如果刻意抬高陶冶灵魂，而排斥肉体的享受或心灵的愉悦，并不会变得高尚
and it is wrong to live for the intellect and deny body or soul.
为愉悦心灵而否定肉体和灵魂也是错误的。
We are all acquainted with the loathsome consequences of living for the body and denying both mind and soul;
我们都很清楚，沉迷于肉体享受而忘却愉悦心灵和陶冶灵魂的生活，势必只会给我们带来无穷的麻烦和烦恼，
and we see that real life means the complete expression of all that man can give forth through body, mind, and soul.
因为真正的幸福生活只能是肉体享受、心灵愉悦以及精神满足这三者的三位一体。
Whatever he can say, no man can be really happy or satisfied unless his body is living fully in every function,
无论怎样，只有当人身体的各个部位及器官都具备完善的功能，
and unless the same is true of his mind and his soul.
心情保持愉快，且精神上获得满足的时候，才能真正获得幸福，
Wherever there is unexpressed possibility, or function not performed,there is unsatisfied desire.
只要他有尚未表达的心意，或是还有尚未实现的愿望，他就不会感到满足，也就一定会有渴望。
Desire is possibility seeking expression, or function seeking performance.
事实上，渴望就是帮助我们表达心意的媒介，通向愿望的桥梁。
Man cannot live fully in body without good food, comfortable clothing, and warm shelter; and without freedom from excessive toil.
假如没有色香味美的食物饱腹，舒适合体的衣衫遮体，温馨整洁的家为我们挡风遮雨，身体的愿望就无法得到满足:过度劳累让你失去自由
Rest and recreation are also necessary to his physical life.
适当的休息和娱乐也是让身体获得满足的必要条件。
He cannot live fully in mind without books and time to study them,
如果没有书籍和时间来研究它们，
without opportunity for travel and observation, or without intellectual companionship.
没有旅行和观察的机会，没有知识的陪伴，我们的心灵就不可能获得充盈。
