And Kobe you can get around the city by bus or train.

There's a bus for the city loop bus and that takes you around the main attractions.

However for me I prefer to explore the city on foot.

And for Kobe City, it's actually not too big and attractions aren't they apart from each other, only a 10 to 15 minute walk.

And so if you don't mind walking and I definitely recommend exploring the city on foot.

You discover a little neat things along the way as well and it's just more interesting that way.

There are a lot of signs and maps everywhere you go and the people are very friendly.

So even if you like me and your phone died, you can still manage to get around the city.

The flow of where people are going is towards Sannomiya.

Kobe is known for its beautiful night view and a great yet free place to see this is on the twenty-fourth floor of the Kobe City Hall.

You can have a meal here while enjoying the beautiful night view.

After dinner I decided to walk back to the port side and enjoy the illuminated night view up close.

So if you do decide to come to Kobe, I think one day is enough to see the main areas of the town.

Just keep in mind when traveling in Japan, some of the tourist attractions may disguise more appealing to tourists.

So it's less authentic and more expensive.

So what I like to do when I travel personally is visit the tourist spots all on the first day.
