So, here I have two hundred and fifty grams of dark chocolate.

First of all you chop the chocolate, just roughly chop. This is what I actually i'm looking for. Straight in.

now in my lovely copper pen. You add 125ml of double cream. 25 grams of butter. Try to use unsalted butter.
