Cases of Legionnaire's disease have been documented at hotels, gyms and even health care facilities, but a recent report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention finds that even newborns are being infected -- after water births.

In two cases in Arizona last year, babies born in home tubs contracted the disease. Legionnaire's disease is a bacterial form of pneumonia. Symptoms can include fever, chills, cough and headaches. Named after an outbreak at a 1976 convention of the American Legion, it is spread through contaminated water but not person to person.
