We all have many commitments in our life, starting with work but also including commitments related to kids, our spouses, things to do at home, other family, civic, side work, religious, hobbies, online activities and more. Consider each of them, the amount of stress they provide, and the value you get out of them. Edit brutally, and take steps today to remove the ones that stress you out the most.

我曾经在editing your commitents上发表过一篇言论,把它引见到这篇文章里来。在我们生活中到处都有评论,其中有关于工作的,有关于孩子的,配偶的,以及家务啊,别人家的锁事啊,城市里的事啊,或者是宗教啊,爱好啊等等等等。把这些都好好想想,这些锁事给我们无形中带来的压力,想想如果没有它们我们的生活又会多么快活有价值。大致的想一下,然后今天就行动把这其中最让我们头疼的去除掉。
