6 dead in suspected firework workshop blast
湖南烟花作坊爆炸 6人死亡
An explosion has rocked an abandoned bungalow in Central China’s Hunan province, killing six people.
The incident took place Sunday morning. The site is suspected to be an illegal firework workshop. One of the victims died when a house neighbouring the workshop collapsed. Rescue work and an investigation are underway, and people in charge of the workshop have been detained by police.
