- Before we get to that topic, just a few tips about setting goals. Some basic ones.

- First, write them down. You know writing them down is making a commitment,

- Dates by which we hope to achieve those certain goals. Why lifelines? Because goals,

- especially self-concordant goals are about inspiring us. In other words,
