The US Supreme Court will see a battle over patents between Samsung and Apple. The issue is not how the phones work, but how they look. Apple says Samsung copied distinctive features of the iPhone, including its black translucent front screen, rectangular shape with rounded corners, and grid display of colorful icons for applications.
