- So you can talk about how you have talent versus experience, and how well you know I may not know it
- 所以你可以谈谈，你是如何具有才能以弥补经验上的不足，以及如何......你知道，我可能不熟悉它
- I can pick it quickly and I'm confident that I can continue to deliver results for you again and again repeatedly

- So talk about how you have just raw ability

- because experience, many people could have it and doesn't mean that they actually have good talent

- But if you have good talent you can pick up the experience that be taught to do it

- Second, ok, great

- I was kind of think that also if we get an idea with the talent it is something you like to do

- and you said, I really enjoyed in doing this

- And that'll be excellent example for you because you are a psych major

- once to go IT see you can mention
- 如果你去面试IT行业你可以说
- yeah, I'm a psych major not super related but I love this stuff, it's my passion

- I do on my side anyway so yeah that's I mean
- 无论如何我希望从事这个行业所以，我的意思是
- you can talk about your aptitude for, to be an excellent colleague
- 你可以讲你有这方面的天资，并将成为一名优秀的同事
- second thing you do is talk about how you have similar experience so
- 你可以采取的第二个策略是讲讲你是如何拥有类似的经验
- well, you know in my last position I had something very similar
- 比如，在我的上一份工作里我干过一些很相似的事务
- maybe you have the same underlining process different task, you can talk about how your approach that task
- 也许这两份工作有着相同的处理流程尽管任务不同，你可以说你如何处理这些任务
- use a PAR again talk a problem action results
- 这就又要使用PAR模式了讲讲你怎样解决问题，结果如何
- talk about how you've had similar experience or you know maybe you don't actually have direct experience,
- 讲讲你怎样获得类似的经验或者你知道，可能你没有直接的经验
- you know my last position as an administrative assistant, I had a lot of exposure
- 我的上一个职位是行政助理因为这个职位
- to what was going on with the engineers maybe engineers in major
- 我对工程师们的工作有相当的了解也许那些工程师们都是极专业的
- And I got to see what they did and I really understand the challenges that they face
- 而我却能够了解他们所做的工作而我也理解了他们面临的挑战
- so if you don't have experience you can talk about how you've done things similar
- 所以，如果你没有经验你可以说，你曾经是如何做哪些类似的事情
- or you have broad exposure and understand their needs
- 或者你对他们的工作很熟悉并了解他们的需求
