- What does that even mean?

- Everyone says they have great interpersonal skills have and don't

- But the thing is if you have done enough research

- You will know the best thing I can answer that is I will pipe up a little more excuse

- I didn't find the business needs so if they need if why is that position open
- 商业需求为什么这个职位需要招人
- You know if you can find out why that position is open
- 如果你知道为什么这个职位要招人
- Do they always have turn over?
- 这个职位经常换人吗
- Is it just a position that people are not consistent?
- 这里的员工都无法久留吗
- They probably care about that
- 他们也许注意到了
- They probably care about the fact that you are consistent
- 他们也许注意到你能一直干下去
- If you know what their business needs are
- 如果你知道他们的商业需求是什么
- You can use that you can use the buzzwords with it
- 你可以结合热门词汇利用这点
- But you go a little deeper and persist

- Say oh I am a very loyal to company very reliable

- And you can actually give examples that suppose just I am reliable, hire me

- job description me matched up good deal

- Is that can I pop it

- Like something you can go actually like...

- And how matching yourself to the job description

- How to go through on it

- So I mean I did job description as the first part

- But really I mean talking to people who is really giving it

- so let's say I mean they want someone as a team player

- and give examples for that
- 那你就举个例子证明你是这样的人
- I mean probably they aren't gonna say they are team player
- 也许他们没说自己需要团队合作
- but if you can give example that you are a team player
- 但是如果你能举出自己团队合作的例子
- and talk about how you have been a team player
- 说明你是如何与团队合作
- and what was the result to them that's gonna be probably a little more compelling
- 产生了怎样的结果这样的效果也许会更吸引人
- So I am trying to think about a position for example I have ever talked to someone
- 我在想有没有一个岗位比如，我从别人那里得知
- And they want to someone who could handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
- 他们需要能同时处理多个任务的人
- I mean everyone is gonna say
- 每个人都说
- oh I can handle multiple unrelated tasks simultaneously
- 哦，我可以同时处理好多个不相关的任务
- But as I really learn I mean have several lines of business
- 但是这里需要处理的是多种业务
- and depending on what project comes in you are gonna be shifting your work
- 任何项目都会随时进来你当下就要改变工作内容
- So that I mean if you don't care that will have to pitch you to I am not gonna exceed the buzzwords

- I mean giving the examples about
- 而是举例说明
- how I can handle multiple unrelated tasks or set up projects
- 我如何处理多个不相关的任务或者开始多个项目
- and go with further all of punch and still get it done

- No no I think that's a good example

- To tell the story
- 通过例子来说明很不错
- because the past experiences are really good to or set up projects
- 因为过去的经历对未来确实有借鉴意义
- If you can tell and Dan gave us this simultaneous
- 如果你说得出这样的经历，像丹刚才说得那样
- And how to tell really good compelling story that illustrates you have those skills
- 怎么把故事说得精彩生动证明在你描述的这个情况中
- when you are talking about a situation and anyone is gonna have it
- 你确实具备这些技能任何人都可以这么说
- but really in an effective way to communicate those skills
- 但是通过举例能有效地证明你具备这些技能
- because you are right anybody can say I am a good multi-tasky
- 因为你是对的任何人都可以说自己能同时处理多个任务
- You know I am really organized I am a self starter
