- if you are not getting work, you probably can't interview

- And interviews are the most important part of the job search

- It's the last part as the most important as we actually excel

- Second it's a demonstration of your value to the employer

- I have been wary to say like 60, 70 percent of your interview process should be researched

- That's the biggest thing you don't want to win in an interview

- You kind of viewed the topic anyway

- and you just showed up for 15 minutes with a group

- And it was ok we got a decent grade

- You actually have to practice and prepare for it

- So like I have said if you failed to prepare

- you may as well prepare to fail

- like the old saying goes like a whole motor for interviews

- The first thing you need to do is research
- 你首先要的就是调查
- do as much research before an interview as you possibly can

- And we are gonna talk about a bit about how to do that research in some places to do it

- Second know your value proposition
- 第二点是知道自己的价值定位
- Now value proposition is essentially

- what you have to offer value to the employer

- Why are they going to hire you

- And third practice answering questions
- 第三点是练习回答问题
- You should be familiar with the basic general interview questions
- 你应该要熟悉那些会被问到的
- that you should expect to be asked and expect to be able to answer those questions
