- Because many people get to the end and they bomb it
- 因为很多人去面试都搞砸了
- They don't know what they are doing
- 他们不知道自己在干什么
- They choke up
- 他们紧张得说不出话来
- They forgot their experience and accomplishments
- 忘记了自己的经历和成就
- So this is by far the most important part
- 所以说面试是最重要的环节
- If you don't work well
- 如果你表现不佳
- if you spend tons of time in your resume
- 即便你花了大力气美化简历
- but you can't interview
- 但是面试的时候功亏一篑
- You may just go home and surf the couch
- 你就只能回家，继续网投简历
- It's gonna get the same mouth of effort
- 这也是要花费精力的事
- So I am just curious what you guys interview experience is

- Any really good experiences or bad experiences for interviews

- most of my experiences have been pretty good

- I have been interviewing through all sources like that

- That really depends on you if you want to hide

- I am sure someone has had a good interview or a bad interview

- I have had bad interviews
- 我有过很差的面试经历
- As thinking today I had an interview for an internship
- 我之前去参加过实习生的面试
- when I was in college
- 当时我还在上大学
- And I dressed very nice linen one down
- 我穿了一套很好看的亚麻西装
- and I was super nervous
- 非常紧张
- I didn't really answer the questions
- 我答得很不好
- so then they give me a typing text
- 之后他们又给我做了打字测试
- That was the worst part
- 这是面试中最糟糕的部分
- Because during the typing text
- 因为打字测试
- It was supposed to be timed
- 是有时间限制的
- And I had so many errors
- 我打错了很多
- It might be 40 because you see red all over
- 可能有40处之多，因为到处都看到红叉
- And I was freaking out
- 我当时就抓狂了
- And the lady stopped me saying ok slow down
- 那个女士跟我说，没事，慢慢来
- I still made tons of errors in the idea that I can type
- 但我还是不断犯错 我想证明我确实会打字
- They gave me the job anyway
- 但是他们最后还是给了我这份工作
- I think it was because they didn't have any candidates
- 我想应该是没人去应聘吧
- So but I got lucky
- 所以说我很幸运
- But that interview in one of the most things I look back
- 我经常回忆起这次面试
- and it was horrible because you are sitting there and you are sweating
- 觉得非常恐怖因为你坐在那里，满头大汗
- because you didn't know about the job
- 因为你不了解这份工作
- you didn't have idea about the job
- 对此一无所知
