- I just don't even wanna reach out to you, ok?

- But if you say you are gonna follow up

- Take the time to do it

- Don't wait for them

- I know this sounds corny

- But I will tell you for the numbers of the interviews our recruiting team does

- you know, when we were in peak hiring season

- we can see 300, 400 different candidates coming through our doors

- And if you wanna cheat, here is another tip for you

- Go buy the little a-pack for a dollar at target, seriously, a dollar
- 准备个一美元一个的信封，说真的，一美元
- Keep them in your car, put them in your back pack
- 把它放到你的车里，或者背包里
- keep some stamps in there
- 上边贴上邮票
- if you are too cheap for stamps
- 但是如果你很小气，不想买邮票
- because I get it. I remember stamps are five cents, right?

- Not anymore

- Write that thank-you note in your car

- before you leave that interview

- walk back to that receptionist, give that receptionist

- and getting me settle this morning

- So before you leave, leave that thank-you note
