- There is a number ways to answer these questions

- You are free to answer them

- However keep in mind, if you provide this information

- you may jeopardize your chances of getting hired

- In the advent you provide the wrong answer

- So what we recommend is to kind of examine what's the intend of the question

- So for instance, the interviewer asks, are you a US citizen

- You've been asked inappropriate question

- well, if you are concerned about

- I am authorized, I have a visa

- or I'm a citizen of the United States, whatever

- Similarly the interviewer is gonna ask

- who is gonna take your children

- when you have to travel for the job
- 谁来照顾你的孩子呢
- Your answer could be I've got really good child caring place
- 你可以回答我已经找到了非常棒的托儿所
- and it won't be a problem

- I can adapt to the work schedule as the job requires
- 我能按工作要求安排时间
- So keep in mind that the interviewer may not even know
- 要记住面试官甚至可能不知道
- that they are asking an illegal question

- But these are questions that you are not, you need to answer
