- So I'm going to just take some blue paint to indicate deoxygenated blood or blood without oxygen,
- 下面我们用蓝色表示缺氧血
- I'm going to paint in how it look.

- And actually it stop there because of my arrows,

- but you can actually see now
- 大家可以看到
- deoxygenated blood kind of goes from the right ventricle,
- 缺氧血从右心室开始
- through the pulmonary trunk, through the arteries and into the left and right lung.
- 穿过肺动脉干，穿过动脉，来到左右肺
- And once it's there it's going to be kind of mixed in with the capillaries and it's going to start getting oxygen.
- 在这里血液和毛细血管中的血混合，补充氧气
- And then it's going to come out on the other side, in the pulmonary veins
- 这时再从另一端的肺静脉出来
- And it's again stopped a little bit there,
- 这里我们再暂停一下
- but I can fill it in--and the pulmonary veins are going to deliver that oxygenated blood to the left atrium.
- 这里涂色，这里的静脉把含氧血输送到左心房
- So what you see kind of colored in now, is the pulmonary circulation.
- 涂色的部分，就是肺循环
- That's the first part of our circuit.
- 这是第一个循环
- Let's now keep going and talk about the second part of the circulatory system, which is the systemic circulation.
- 下面我们来看第二个循环系统，也就是体循环
- So now the journey starts with the left ventricle. Let me start there.
- 从左心室开始
- For the systemic circulation, I'm going to start in the left ventricle and it's going to go round to the body.
- 体循环从左心室开始，将血液输送到身体各处
- Right, the body is kind of the thing that's going to be receiveing all the blood.
- 身体各处是需要血液的
- And when I said body, I really mean lots of things.
- 身体各处，代表很多部分
- I mean things like the brain.
- 比方说大脑
- So it could be an organ, like the brain, or the liver.
- 可以是器官，比方说大脑，肝脏
- Or it can also be maybe things like bones and your fingers,
- 或者说骨头，指头
- could be the toes, could be any part of your body that you can think of
- 可以是脚趾，可以是任何器官
- All these different organs and tissues are going to be getting blood from the left ventricle.
- 这些器官和组织需要从左心室出来的血液
- It's going to be going initially through a giant vessel.
- 血液穿过一条大血管
- This vessel I'm going to label --let's say here, as the Aorta.
- 这条血管就是主动脉
- So this large vessel, the Aorta.
- 这条血管，是主动脉
- And of course it branches and splits and I haven't shown all the branches that come off the Aorta.
- 当然，它也有分支，不过我没有画出来
- But there are many, many of them.
- 实际上分支是很多的
- It goes to the various tissues and organs and then it comes back on the other side.
- 将血液输送到各种组织和器官，然后重新回到这边
- And at the end, kind of somewhere up here, it's going to go back to the right atrium.
- 最后来到上边，回到右心房
- And it generally travels through two major kind of vessels.
- 这里是要通过两条血管
- One is the Inferior and the other is the Superior, meaning lower and upper,
- 是上腔静脉和下腔静脉
- and they both are called Vena Cava.
- 都叫做腔静脉
- So Superior Vena Cava and Inferior Vena Cava. I just write that here.
- 我写在这，这是上腔静脉和下腔静脉
- So these are the two major veins that bring you back blood from the all the different parts of the body.
- 所以从身体各处将血液输送回来的是两条大静脉
- So now you've actually seen the second circulation,
- 大家可能看明白了第二个循环系统
- because it all ends up in the right atrium.
- 因为现在来到了右心房
- And this is the systemic circulation.
- 这就是体循环
