force用法:
1.force作为及物动词，解释为“强迫”，“迫使”。一般来说用force somebody to do something,而不是force somebody doing something,接不定式，而不是接动名词。
2.force用作名词的基本意思是“力; 力量; 力气”,是不可数名词。引申可表示“控制力”“影响力; 效力”“说服力”等。
3.force也可表示“武力,暴力”,为不可数名词。
4.force还可作“部队; 武力; 兵力”解,这时常用复数形式forces作主语时,其谓语动词则既可用复数形式也可用单数形式。
5.force还可以用来表示“风力的等级”,这时采用“force+基数词+wind”结构。
change one's attitude:改变态度
He has changed his attitude towards the work.
他改变了对工作的态度。
This will help you to change your attitude.
这会帮你转变态度。
attitude用法：后常接towards/to，指“对于……的态度，看法”，如her attitude towards/to the question（她对这个问题的看法）。值得注意的是，因上面例子中的宾语是question，有时候可以用on代替to，如her attitude on the question。
