Last week, a survey conducted by China Youth Daily and Wenjuan wang suggested that among 1972 Chinese employees surveyed, 75.9% of them have once been confused about how to properly address their senior colleagues, and 84.7% of them believed that it is essential to properly address senior employees. What is the significance of properly calling your senior colleagues? Why are people in China struggling on this issue? And what about in other parts of the world?
