1.2 A I find that I am often in a bad mood,
even if I don't want to be.
What can I do to change my mood?
It's OK to be in a bad mood once in a while,
but if you are always angry or mad,
it isn't healthy..
It is important to get enough sleep
and exercise every day.
Talk to people about your feelings,
and if you need to cry,just do it.
It is also a good idea to count to ten
before you get upset.
B.I don't want to be a shy person any more.
How can I stop being shy?
It's important to feel comfortable
around people.
One easy way is to go to public places
and go out with a lot of friends.
Before you go out with friends,
think of some interesting topics to talk about.
Think of your strengths
and be confident in yourself.
The best way is to act like you aren't shy.
It sounds silly,but it works.
C.I study hard for exams,
but when I see the paper,
I forget everything.What can I do?
It's important not to be nervous.
If you study before the exam and feel prepared,
you should do well.
When you are taking the exam,
you shouldn't think about the result.
Just try to do your best.
