1. 文化输出 cultural export

形容某样事物是“文化输出”，可以直接说它是一种cultural export，也可以说某个国家正在通过某样事物export its culture（输出文化）。除此之外，还可以用gain popularity all over the world（在全世界变得受欢迎），make a splash on the global stage（在全世界引起反响）等来形容文化输出。

Chinese food, with its diverse flavors and cooking techniques, has become a global cultural export.

中国美食以其口味和烹饪方式之多样化，成为全球范围的文化输出。

K-pop is a prime example of South Korea's successful cultural export.

韩流是韩国成功的文化输出的典范。

2. 顶流网红 top-tier internet celebrity

“顶流”英语可以说top-tier，或者A-list，“网红”的英语是internet celebrity，或influencer。“超级网红”还可以说mega influencer或macro influencer，mega指“超级的，巨大的”，macro则表示“宏大的”，与之相对的是micro（微观的），因此“小网红”就叫做micro influencer。
