近日，有学生发布视频称，在江西工业职业技术学院食堂饭菜里吃出了老鼠头，南昌市市场监督管理局回应称，经过工作人员核实，异物是鸭脖。江西工业职业技术学院也发布声明称，当事学生邀请同学对“异物”进行了比对，确认“异物”为鸭脖，并书面澄清了视频内容。此事在互联网上持续发酵，网友认为，视频中的“异物”有牙有毛，与老鼠头极为相似，因此怀疑市监局“指鼠为鸭”。“指鹿为马”的英文应该怎么说呢？口语中又如何吐槽食物难吃呢？来听今天的节目。

1. 指鹿为马 call white black
“指鹿为马”英文中一般译为“歪曲事实”，“歪曲”我们可以用misrepresent、twist、distort、pervert等词来表示，后面可搭配truth、facts或reality等。
The politician is misrepresenting the truth to deceive the public.
政客在歪曲事实以欺骗公众。
He is trying to twist the facts.
他在歪曲事实。
The media outlet distorted reality by manipulating the footage.
这家媒体通过篡改镜头来歪曲现实。

2. 吐槽食物难吃
“难吃”我们可以用terrible或awful，是怎样的“难吃”呢？具体一点可以说tasteless（食之无味），bland（淡而无味），greasy（太油腻了）等。还可以用disappointing，letdown，underwhelm等来表示食物“令人失望”。

3. 异物 foreign matter
这里的foreign指的是“外来的，不小心进入某物中的”，因此食物中、身体中出现的“异物”都可以称为foreign matter。matter也可以用body和object来替换。
This food contains foreign matter.
这食物含有异物/杂质。
Waiter! There is a foreign body in my soup!
服务员！我的汤里有异物！
He has some foreign matter in his eye.
他眼睛里有异物。
Milk is put through a clarifier to remove any foreign matter.
牛奶要经过一个澄清器来除去杂质。
4. 在网上发酵 trending
形容某事“在网上发酵”，可以说它正在trending中，也可以说它go viral（像病毒一般传播），go mainstream（变得主流）等。如果想表达在网上“引发关注”，可以说generate/create buzz，spark interest，gain traction等。
The controversial post quickly gained traction and sparked intense discussions online.
这篇有争议的帖子迅速获得关注，在网上引发了激烈的讨论。
