A: China firmly upholds cyber security and opposes any forms of hacker attacks. We have made laws to crack down on such behavoirs and China has been engaged in a wide range of international cooperation to combat cyber crimes.

A: After completing its mission of humanitarian medical assistance in areas severely afflicted by typhoon in the Philippines, the Chinese Naval hospital ship "Peace Ark" is leaving the Leyte Gulf for China today.

这是中国首次派出舰艇赴海外灾区执行人道主义医疗救助。在为期16天的医疗救助任务中，“和平方舟”号医院船共接诊伤病员2208人，诊疗住院病人113人，开展手术44例。此外还开展了辅助检查、流行病学调查、检测灾民点水源水质、消毒杀虫等工作，并向菲方捐赠了部分医疗卫生物资。

It is the first time that China has sent a ship to disaster-hit areas overseas to carry out humanitarian medical assistance. During the sixteen-day mission, the "Peace Ark" altogether treated and cured 2,208 people, hospitalized 113 people and performed 44 surgical operations. In addition, it conducted assistant examinations, epidemic investigations, tests of water quality and sterilization and donated part of the medical and health supplies to the Philippine side.
