Health authorities in Wuhan's Wuchang District on Monday confirmed that a person at Wuhan University in central China's Hubei Province had tested positive for cholera. The patient has been effectively treated, the condition has been controlled and symptoms have disappeared, a notice from the authorities said. No new cases were found and relevant people have been traced and sampled. Meanwhile, disinfection and relevant management have been launched, the notice said.
