Hanjin Shipping scrambled to fund the unloading of its ships. The South Korean conglomerate declared bankruptcy last week; billions of dollars of consumer goods are at sea as ports worldwide refuse to accept its ships. Hanjin’s parent company will raise $90m; South Korea’s government pledged the same amount if the firm provides collateral.
