亲爱听众朋友，您从来这句话中找到了答案吗？哪里表示出来的意思和我们的语境以及图片传达出来的中心思想相符合呢？

它是get a grip。It is an American slang. 它是一个美国街头语。In this phrase, grip means to "control or power over sth". 中文意思是对......的控制力。我们来看2个例句：The home team took a grip on the game. 主队牢牢地控制着比赛的局面。We need to tighten the grip we have on the market. 我们必须加强对市场的控制力。从以上2个例句可以看出，“对......的控制力”这个名词性短语的表述法是a grip on something，注意介词是on。
