Lesson 21 The best player

Our college places a lot football and we have a very good coach. Our best player is John. He catches and kicks the ball very well. He can also pass it farther than anyone else. But he sometimes gets excited and he doesn’t hear the whistle, and then people laugh, to see him running down the field along with his head down and eyes closed to carry the ball across the line.

Woman: Maybe he shouldn’t come to collage and he should become a football star.
