China's Wang Jianan has won his country's first ever men's long jump gold medal.

It was also China's first gold medal at this year's World Athletics Championships in Oregon in the USA.

There were 12 athletes in the final, and Wang ranked fifth with 8.03 meters after the first five attempts.
