And I'm Lucija. You know, I'm Always trying to find new ways to introduce our topic.
我是露西佳。你知道,我一直在寻找介绍话题的新方式。
But you just did! What?
但你刚才就做了。什么意思?
You said Always. We're going to talk about the adverb.
你说了Always。我们今天要讲副词,
Therefore, you already introduced the topic.
所以你已经引入了话题。
You Always seem to know everything!
你似乎总是知晓一切!
Adverbs are words that change the meanning of a verb, adjective, or sentence.
副词能改变动词、形容词、或句子的含义。
They are often used to show time, place, or a way of doing something.
它们常常用来表示时间、地点或做事方式。
Adverbs are often movable in a sentence.
副词在句子中通常是可以移动的。
But that's not true of the adverb Always.
但副词Always不这样。
You will not often hear Always at the beginning or end of a sentence.
Always通常不在句头或句尾。
Instead, it generally appears in the middle of a sentence.
相反,它通常出现在句子中间。
I always eat ice cream.
我总吃冰淇淋。
They always go to the movies on Fridays.
他们总是星期五去看电影。
When Always is before the verb it is modifying, it means 'habitually.'
当Always在动词之前时,起修饰作用,意为“习惯地”。
But if a speaker emphasizes Always as in, I always eat ice cream.
但如果说者强调Always,I always eat ice cream(我总吃冰淇淋)时,
Then They are showing annoyance.
是在表达烦恼。
Can you tell if someone is expressing a habit or annoyance from how they talk?
你能从他们的说话方式上区分他们是在表达习惯还是烦恼吗?
Let's listen carefully.
让我们仔细听一下。
